1)  ID Proofs of 7 members not related to each other by blood (8 from different states in case of society of national level)

2) Address Proof of 7 members not related to each other by blood (8 from different states in case of society of national level)

3) Ownership Proof Of Registered Office Of The Society With Id Proof Of Owner like Electricity Bill/ Water Bill/ House Tax Receipt/

      Telephone Bill

4)  2 Photos of Each Member

5)  if any member is employee of any Govt. Body/ Semi Govt. Body/ Undertaking, then take NOC from employer

6)  NOC from landlord of Registered office address

Documents Required for State Level/ National Level Trust Registration 

1)  ID Proofs of Minimum 2 Trustees not related to each other by blood

2) Address Proof  all trustees not related to each other by blood

3) Ownership Proof Of Registered Office of the trust With Id Proof Of Owner like Electricity Bill/ Water Bill/ House Tax Receipt/

      Telephone Bill

4)  2 Photos of Each Trustee

5)  if any trustee is employee of any Govt. Body/ Semi Govt. Body/ Undertaking, then take NOC from employer

6)  NOC from landlord of Registered office address
